Summer of 2020: Louisville’s Struggle for Racial Justice

    Dates: September 9 – November 14, 2021
    Events: TBA

Summer of 2020 is an exhibition of images taken by Courier Journal photographers who documented the racial justice protests that erupted across Louisville. Sparked by the police killings of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd, the protests called attention to systemic issues that affect Black residents, including gentrification, food insecurity, and the racial wealth gap.
