Multimedia artist Amber Thieneman’s latest collection of photography work meditates on themes of feminism, nature, and community. Thieneman’s photographs have a ghostly, otherworldly quality that evokes surreal and timeless worlds. Presented informally in vintage frames of varying size and shape, the collection can almost be read as an enigmatic family album, inviting the viewer to question the connections between each photo, and ask what stories are being told.
