Metro Arts Center 2013

Louisville Metro Parks and Recreation’s Metro Arts Center is presenting an exhibition of “pinhole” style photographs October 1st through October 30th at the Metro Arts’ facility located at 8360 Dixie Highway.
Pinhole photography is the capturing of images with a lens-less camera. Pinhole cameras are often built out of a box with a tiny “pin-sized” hole and film. The exhibition is part of Louisville’s 2013 Photography Biennial and includes pinhole images taken by artists Danny Drake and Marty Edlin.  Additionally, the hand built pinhole cameras used to create the images will be included as part of the display.
