Paul Günter was a late 19th–early 20th-century studio portrait photographer who owned and operated a photograph studio at 434 E. Market Street, Louisville Ky. Günter produced Cabinet Card portraits for a living, but in his free time he participated in the local Camera Club, enjoyed photographing his family, and experimented in Pictorialism and more specifically Naturalism Photography
